Pet Rent: $20.00 (Monthly Per Pet)

Resident Service Fee: $115.00 (Monthly - Includes Trash, Pest Control, & Technology Bundle Fees)

Parking Fee (First Space): $50.00 (Optional Monthly)

Detached Garage Rentable Item: $160.00 (Optional Monthly)

Clubhouse Rental Fee: $250.00 (Deposit)
